Saturday, January 20, 2018. Last week, my therapist suggested we put a name to my anxiety. She suggested I give it a name with a more repugnant association. We named it so I could see illness as an enemy, a separate entity, rather than me.

Thursday, February 1, 2018. Tiap-tiap minggu aku dapat notification email pasal orang copy-paste pasal Maxis Scholarship. Tu dengan Kad Kawen and Doorgift. Ehehe Yang kad kawen dengan doorgift tu ramai ke nak buat style camtu weh? Oh ye dalam jadi tak jadi aku nak sambung study tu, tup-tup dah habis satu semester aku kat USM tu. Entah la bila keluar result, doa-doa la aku dapat keputusan yang baik yer. Nanti ada masa aku sambung lain.
